Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kirikkale's Onuralp Zeren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Berkant Başaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efekan Canal having to interfere. If Berkant Başaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 12 minutes into the match, İlyas Şatıroğlu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kirikkale's Efekan Canal. Efekan Canal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. İlyas Şatıroğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Kağan Uluhan's late challenge caught a İZMİT SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Kağan Uluhan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, Kirikkale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Kağan Uluhan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berkant Başaran in the 19th minute of play forced Kirikkale's goalkeeper Efekan Canal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Berkant Başaran to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, İlyas Şatıroğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. İZMİT SK's supporters rose to their feet, but İlyas Şatıroğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Onuralp Zeren in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Halil Can Gezer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Onuralp Zeren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Halil Can Gezer was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Efekan Canal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berkant Başaran, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 92 minutes into the match, İZMİT SK's goal looked a bit too open when Sait Tüzel came free, but Halil Can Gezer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sait Tüzel took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Halil Can Gezer. Halil Can Gezer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3.
