Yavuzalp Duyar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Altuğ Riva took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hüseyin Rahmi Enbiya. Hüseyin Rahmi Enbiya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Yavuzalp Duyar came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Usluspor's Eray Haktanır. But to his dismay, Eray Haktanır quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 75th minute Eray Haktanır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yavuzalp Duyar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Erdem Başaydın fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Usluspor's protests and gave Erdem Başaydın a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes Usluspor got a freekick which was hit by Erdem Başaydın. Usluspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nafiz Barlas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Usluspor's Hüseyin Rahmi Enbiya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Altuğ Riva in the 93rd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Erdinç Balbay got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hüseyin Rahmi Enbiya quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
