Eralp Cihangir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gürhan Vefai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şenel Serol charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şenel Serol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st minute, Şenel Serol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, ARDACA's Mehmet Emin Bengi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Eser İmar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anıl Baran, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Anıl Baran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eser İmar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Eralp Cihangir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gürhan Vefai was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gürhan Vefai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 41 minutes into the match, Yozgat JK's goal looked a bit too open when Eralp Cihangir came free, but Gürhan Vefai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Anıl Baran fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Eser İmar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anıl Baran in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anıl Baran to strike the kick off in the second half. The Yozgat JK fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Yozgat JK's Anıl Baran looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
