Spectators: 7140 (Terracing: 5465, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fikret Urza made the kick off which started today's match. KIRIKKALE's Ataol Çağlar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mahsun Atılay in the 6th minute of play. Mahsun Atılay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ataol Çağlar having to interfere. Mahsun Atılay scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ataol Çağlar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the match, KIRIKKALE's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet İlke Serir came free, but Ataol Çağlar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Ahmet İlke Serir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ataol Çağlar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet İlke Serir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 24 minutes, Deniz Osmanlıoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KIRIKKALE and the Iscehisar players grew even worse after the yellow card. 27 minutes into the game, Mahsun Atılay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ataol Çağlar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 32ndth minute of the game Mahsun Atılay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KIRIKKALE's Ataol Çağlar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arif Oğuz Soysaltürk hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After having played for 37 minutes, Ahmet İlke Serir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iscehisar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet İlke Serir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet İlke Serir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ataol Çağlar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. If Mahsun Atılay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mahsun Atılay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Iscehisar's goalkeeper Poyraz Şenbay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Poyraz Şenbay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Buğra Geylanoğullarından went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Poyraz Şenbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fikret Urza in the 58th minute of play. Ataol Çağlar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mahsun Atılay in the 59th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mahsun Atılay in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ataol Çağlar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute, Iscehisar's Ahmet İlke Serir ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ataol Çağlar. Ataol Çağlar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in KIRIKKALE's zone, Ahmet İlke Serir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ataol Çağlar came out of the goal and Ahmet İlke Serir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Iscehisar's Mahsun Atılay in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KIRIKKALE's goalie prevented a goal. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Iscehisar! The audience was convinced that Mahsun Atılay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ataol Çağlar was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. 81 minutes into the game, Iscehisar's Ahmet İlke Serir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ataol Çağlar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. If Buğra Geylanoğullarından had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute of the match Önder Semail sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Poyraz Şenbay skillfully saved the ball. In the 89th minute, Mahsun Atılay reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ataol Çağlar. The goal made the score 2-5. In the 93rd minute Mahsun Atılay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ataol Çağlar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
