The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yaşar Nuri Ülkem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Hasan Ali Yoruç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Arsin JK's Mümtaz Lemi got a free kick in the 10th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Amedspor's Aytuğ Ramiz tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Veli Balıkçı charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Veli Balıkçı the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 16 minutes into the match, Arsin JK's goal looked a bit too open when Hüsnü Tuygun came free, but Naci Özpulat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hüsnü Tuygun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Naci Özpulat having to make a save. Hasan Ali Yoruç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarık Metiner in the 23rd minute of the match. If Batuhan Barçın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Hüsnü Tuygun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Saruhan Sarvan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hasan Ali Yoruç. Amedspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Amedspor's goal looked a bit too open when Tarık Metiner came free, but Hasan Ali Yoruç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alemdar Okuyan during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alemdar Okuyan hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes, Arsin JK's Ayhan Ilıcak shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hasan Ali Yoruç came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Arsin JK reached it. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tarık Metiner to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Batuhan Barçın took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Naci Özpulat to make any attempt to save it. Hasan Ali Yoruç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarık Metiner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Amedspor's Batuhan Barçın dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. After having played for 73 minutes, Yaşar Nuri Ülkem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsin JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yaşar Nuri Ülkem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ayhan Ilıcak took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hasan Ali Yoruç. Amedspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 77 minutes, Hüsnü Tuygun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amedspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hüsnü Tuygun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Batuhan Barçın recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Naci Özpulat. Batuhan Barçın showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. If Batuhan Barçın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 played minutes Batuhan Barçın rounded Arsin JK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-5. Amedspor's Batuhan Barçın got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Naci Özpulat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hüsnü Tuygun in the 95th minute. The audience was convinced that Batuhan Barçın's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Naci Özpulat was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. When the match was over Amedspor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Arsin JK throughout the match.
