Ataol Çağlar had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Gürkan Şendoğan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When Mehmet Bilge Saik came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Yozgat JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Bilge Saik couldn't finish the play. Ataol Çağlar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anıl Baran went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 16 minutes, Anıl Baran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yozgat JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anıl Baran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute, Remzi Tanırcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mehmet Bilge Saik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ataol Çağlar having to interfere. With a little luck, KIRIKKALE's Ataol Çağlar got control of the ball when Mehmet Bilge Saik tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 26 minutes, Anıl Baran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yozgat JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anıl Baran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ataol Çağlar stood somewhat misplaced when Mehmet Bilge Saik came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 45 minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anıl Baran to strike the kick off in the second half. Korhan Vefai was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 54 minutes into the match. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KIRIKKALE! KIRIKKALE:s Ataol Çağlar showed great skill when he stopped Gürkan Şendoğan:s penalty. In the 59thth minute of the game Mehmet Bilge Saik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KIRIKKALE's Ataol Çağlar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute, one of KIRIKKALE:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KIRIKKALE. Mehmet Bilge Saik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ataol Çağlar having to interfere. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind KIRIKKALE's goalkeeper Ataol Çağlar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Deniz Osmanlıoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Deniz Osmanlıoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Yozgat JK booed when KIRIKKALE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deniz Osmanlıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yozgat JK's Mehmet Bilge Saik got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Buğra Geylanoğullarından managed to get in a good position for a shot. KIRIKKALE's supporters rose to their feet, but Buğra Geylanoğullarından was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gürhan Vefai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
