After a rather tough play, Talas's Kamuran Safvet got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Mazgirt's Kasım Yenisey suffered a sore thigh after 52 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Efe Ergül fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talas's protests and gave Efe Ergül a yellow card for diving instead. Efe Ergül hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Enginsu Çağlar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Talas's Sabit Hıfzullah didn't even have to move. After 57 minutes of play, Talas's Ziya Akabe made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Talas reached it. With 72 minutes on the clock, Baybora Şemsifer commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to Talas getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Baybora Şemsifer hit a great ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Anıl Ege Uğursoy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mazgirt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anıl Ege Uğursoy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Ziya Akabe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talas's supporters rose to their feet, but Ziya Akabe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Necdet Akça breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Kuddusî Tecimer fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
