Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Erman Başar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Çağatay Soytekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erman Başar in the 3rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Kanarya's Çağatay Soytekin got control of the ball when Özcan Ezelhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Özcan Ezelhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Çağatay Soytekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mansur Özel's late challenge caught a Kanarya's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mansur Özel helped the player get up and apologised. When Cicekdagi FK's Erman Başar in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Çağatay Soytekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erman Başar, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Nedim Hastimur made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Cicekdagi FK booed when Kanarya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nedim Hastimur didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Özcan Ezelhan came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Cicekdagi FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Özcan Ezelhan couldn't finish the play. Nedim Hastimur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güralp Oğurata having to interfere. Çağatay Soytekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özcan Ezelhan in the 58th minute of play. After having played for 60 minutes, Özcan Ezelhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cicekdagi FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özcan Ezelhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Çağatay Soytekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erman Başar's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Ersan Canol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74thth minute of the game Nedim Hastimur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cicekdagi FK's Güralp Oğurata was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Anıl Seri during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Kanarya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Anıl Seri to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Kanarya's zone, Özcan Ezelhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Çağatay Soytekin came out of the goal and Özcan Ezelhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özcan Ezelhan in the 79th minute of play forced Kanarya's goalkeeper Çağatay Soytekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Özcan Ezelhan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Çağatay Soytekin. Kanarya's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Özcan Ezelhan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Doruk Hıfzullah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Güralp Oğurata made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doruk Hıfzullah in the 88th minute. Özcan Ezelhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Cicekdagi FK booed when Kanarya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afşin Kura didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute of the match Abay Dündaroğlu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Çağatay Soytekin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Çağatay Soytekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özcan Ezelhan in the 95th minute of play.
