Çağatay Soytekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bedirhan Çakman's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Bedirhan Çakman struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Çağatay Soytekin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tosya. 8 minutes into the game, Kanarya's Tansu Akdoğu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Şenol Kırman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Şenol Kırman came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Kanarya's Afşin Kura. But to his dismay, Afşin Kura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Tosya's Şenol Kırman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afşin Kura in the 26th minute of play. Şenol Kırman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doruk Hıfzullah, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 43rd minute, Ahmet Fikret Reis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Kanarya's Bilgin Akpınar tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Arif Çelebi Özdoğal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tosya's Şenol Kırman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nedim Hastimur in the 56th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Asım Öztürk during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes Tosya got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Asım Öztürk. Şenol Kırman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nedim Hastimur, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Şenol Kırman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doruk Hıfzullah went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 75 minutes into the match, Bedirhan Çakman notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Kanarya's Çağatay Soytekin. Çağatay Soytekin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Çağatay Soytekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Cengiz Başbuğ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hüseyin Rahmi Kutlualp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Çağatay Soytekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Kanarya's Tahir Egesel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 82nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Şenol Kırman but with some difficulty. A collision led to Tosya getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Ahmet Fikret Reis hit a great ball. Bedirhan Çakman struck a weak shot in the 90th minute.
