With his leg Kartal Demirtekin managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Sason's Ersan Koçarslanoğlu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 19 minutes into the game, Derinkuyu's Hüsmen Sacid nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dinç Ceylan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Yahya Kemal Tuna made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sason's Suat Sezer. Sason's Ersan Koçarslanoğlu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 24th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Dinç Ceylan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arman İnanöz's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Sason's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ersan Koçarslanoğlu in the 30th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ersan Koçarslanoğlu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kartal Demirtekin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Onur Yağmurdereli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kartal Demirtekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Onur Yağmurdereli struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Kartal Demirtekin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sason. Dinç Ceylan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arman İnanöz in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Cebrail Toraman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinç Ceylan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dinç Ceylan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hasan Uçbeyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kartal Demirtekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ersan Koçarslanoğlu's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute, Bedrettin İsfendiyar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute of the match Yüce Özguven shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dinç Ceylan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
Mücahit Togan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Ersan Koçarslanoğlu sped through Derinkuyu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kartal Demirtekin. Sason were furious when Bedrettin İsfendiyar was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sason fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! Dinç Ceylan had in the 64thth minute some difficulties stopping Yüce Özguven's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Derinkuyu's Hasan Uçbeyi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dinç Ceylan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Sason's Dinç Ceylan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arman İnanöz in the 76th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Özer Onatsu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dinç Ceylan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. Sason's Dinç Ceylan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arman İnanöz in the 90th minute of play. Sason's Mücahit Togan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Özer Onatsu, made in the 96th minute of the game. Derinkuyu's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
