After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Ahmet Kutsi Delioğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sason's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Kutsi Delioğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Derman Ulucan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Ahmet Kutsi Delioğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, DEVRİM's Kenan Batıhan got a free kick in the 16th minute. Derman Ulucan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ersan Koçarslanoğlu's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Aybar Özgan's late challenge caught a Sason's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aybar Özgan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd match minute, Sason was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Kutsi Delioğlu to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Sason's Dinç Ceylan got control of the ball when Bilgehan Kurban tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 31 minutes of play, Sason's Ersan Koçarslanoğlu made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nejat Karataş, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Sedat Bedük was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. DEVRİM's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Dinç Ceylan made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Bilgehan Kurban sent off a good shot on target.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ersan Koçarslanoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sedat Bedük in the 52nd minute of play forced Sason's goalkeeper Dinç Ceylan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sason were furious when Savaşer Secaat was red carded, 54 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Bedrettin İsfendiyar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derman Ulucan having to interfere. Bedrettin İsfendiyar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Derman Ulucan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinç Ceylan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nejat Karataş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a long run with the ball, Nejat Karataş did a trick in the 87th minute in front of Sason's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 3-3. In the 91st minute, Sason's Bedrettin İsfendiyar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-4. Sedat Bedük took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dinç Ceylan. Dinç Ceylan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-4.
