The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in ĂĻŢįoĸ ĶF's zone, Okanalp Kudretullah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa Hakan Zülfikar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Göksel Murat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferhat Tokuzer in the 17th minute. If Abay Aral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Okanalp Kudretullah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Hakan Zülfikar having to interfere. Mustafa Hakan Zülfikar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kandemir Taşkesen in the 22nd minute of play. Okanalp Kudretullah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Kandemir Taşkesen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mustafa Hakan Zülfikar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Ferhat Tokuzer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Göksel Murat made a huge save. Göksel Murat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ĂĻŢįoĸ ĶF. Ferhat Tokuzer might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Göksel Murat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ferhat Tokuzer ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 60th minute Abay Aral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göksel Murat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Batuğ İlgi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Göksel Murat. BABAKÖY SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Batuğ İlgi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Ferhat Tokuzer managed to get in a good position for a shot. ĂĻŢįoĸ ĶF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferhat Tokuzer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Göksel Murat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ĂĻŢįoĸ ĶF's Mustafa Hakan Zülfikar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save ĂĻŢįoĸ ĶF from getting a goal against them. Okanalp Ünsan charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Okanalp Ünsan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Okanalp Kudretullah got free with Mustafa Hakan Zülfikar in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Ferhat Tokuzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 minutes, Tayyip Şakir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BABAKÖY SK and the ĂĻŢįoĸ ĶF players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to BABAKÖY SK getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Tayyip Şakir hit a great ball. Göksel Murat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abay Aral in the 96th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
