Cemil Baştugay came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Alucra FK's Nazmi Çelik. But to his dismay, Nazmi Çelik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Alucra FK's zone, Buğrahan Ülkü stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murathan Volkan came out of the goal and Buğrahan Ülkü tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Nazmi Çelik came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Alucra FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nazmi Çelik couldn't finish the play. Cemil Baştugay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nazmi Çelik, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Alucra FK's Ahmet Erdem Ergünay got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Yeşil Güç's Kaan Hasanoğlu got a free kick in the 27th minute. Ahmet Ziya Sevgen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cemil Baştugay. Yeşil Güç's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Dursun Ali Berksan came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Yeşil Güç fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dursun Ali Berksan couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Alucra FK getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ahmet Ziya Sevgen hit a great ball. Kaan Hasanoğlu scored 1-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Murathan Volkan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ahmet Erdem Ergünay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cemil Baştugay having to interfere. Ahmet Ziya Sevgen kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Dursun Ali Berksan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alucra FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Tarkan Taşboğa scored to the left of an out of position Murathan Volkan, making the score, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 minutes, Tarkan Taşboğa made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Alucra FK's Murathan Volkan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Alucra FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tarkan Taşboğa came free, but Murathan Volkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Abdi Saygın Yörük had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Tarkan Taşboğa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute, Ahmet Kutsi Koçubey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 84 minutes, Dursun Ali Berksan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yeşil Güç's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dursun Ali Berksan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Ziya Sevgen kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Alucra FK's zone, Dursun Ali Berksan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murathan Volkan came out of the goal and Dursun Ali Berksan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alucra FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
