Gökçen İzzettin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Kazım Sağanalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aytuğ Tekay in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gökçen İzzettin saved AVCILAR GENÇLERBİRLİĞİ SK from getting behind. In the 21st match minute, AVCILAR GENÇLERBİRLİĞİ SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kamuran Baytüze to maneuver through the defense. Gökçen İzzettin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cemalettin İkram, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Gökçen İzzettin managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Kütahya's Aytuğ Tekay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With an all-out effort, Kütahya's Gökçen İzzettin threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cemalettin İkram, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 84 minutes, Cemalettin İkram managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kütahya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cemalettin İkram was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cemalettin İkram fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gökçen İzzettin having to interfere. After 96 played minutes AVCILAR GENÇLERBİRLİĞİ SK got a freekick which was hit by Esat Ülkü.
