After having played for 6 minutes, Seçkin Ongar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valerian's supporters crossed their fingers, but Seçkin Ongar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Basri Ünsev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ediz Tunç having to interfere. Valerian's Ediz Tunç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basri Ünsev in the 13th minute of play. If Fatih Taran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, MaZGaL FK's goal looked a bit too open when Seçkin Ongar came free, but Artaç Lami reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kayhan Türkol kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Valerian's Alptuğ Tanırcan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for MaZGaL FK. Derya Humbaracıbaşı struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Artaç Lami didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valerian. Derya Humbaracıbaşı might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artaç Lami. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Derya Humbaracıbaşı ran back to his position shaking his head. Artaç Lami showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seçkin Ongar, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. MaZGaL FK's Artaç Lami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derya Humbaracıbaşı in the 33rd minute of play. Artaç Lami took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seçkin Ongar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute there was a penalty for Valerian. Alptuğ Tanırcan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Artaç Lami. 0-1. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Basri Ünsev put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ediz Tunç. Fatih Taran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 54th minute, Baturalp Sarduç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, MaZGaL FK's Artaç Lami got control of the ball when Derya Humbaracıbaşı tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 57 minutes, Seçkin Ongar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valerian's Derya Humbaracıbaşı got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Fatih Taran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basri Ünsev took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ediz Tunç. Ediz Tunç dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. MaZGaL FK's Artaç Lami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seçkin Ongar in the 74th minute of play. Basri Ünsev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ediz Tunç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valerian's Ediz Tunç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basri Ünsev in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fatih Taran in the 91st minute of play forced Valerian's goalkeeper Ediz Tunç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sungurhan Toraman hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Fatih Taran put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ediz Tunç. MaZGaL FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
