The wind increased when Halis Karar made the kick off in the second half. Catalca FK's Ali Faruk Özsungur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halis Karar in the 55th minute of play. When Kerem Baler fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Catalca FK's protests and gave Kerem Baler a yellow card for diving instead. Kerem Baler hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Berke Tuğcu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 61 minutes, Halis Karar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cayirli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Halis Karar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Berke Tuğcu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th match minute, Catalca FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kerem Baler to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Catalca FK getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Baskın Tara hit a great ball. When Halis Karar came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Cayirli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Halis Karar couldn't finish the play.
