Hadi Aktemur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catalca FK. Mustafa Namık Özver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ali Faruk Özsungur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hadi Aktemur was a little too slow when Ahmet Bülent Kaşif got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Rahim Taycan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mustafa Namık Özver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Faruk Özsungur having to interfere. When Mustafa Namık Özver came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Ikizdere JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Namık Özver couldn't finish the play. Ahmet Bülent Kaşif sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Ahmet Bülent Kaşif got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hadi Aktemur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rahim Taycan in the 38th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ünal Tuğyan during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ikizdere JK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ünal Tuğyan hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Catalca FK's Ahmet Bülent Kaşif slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hadi Aktemur. That made the score 2-0 after 41 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Bülent Kaşif to make the kick off. Ahmet Bülent Kaşif recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gökcan Şems helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ikizdere JK's Gökcan Şems got a free kick in the 55th minute. Ahmet Bülent Kaşif sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rahim Taycan took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hadi Aktemur. Hadi Aktemur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Hadi Aktemur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rahim Taycan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Catalca FK's Baskın Tara got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ikizdere JK's Hadi Aktemur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Bülent Kaşif in the 71st minute of play. Hadi Aktemur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahim Taycan in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Ahmet Bülent Kaşif ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hadi Aktemur was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0.
