The attack was good, but when Kılıçalp Sunullah in the 14th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kılıçalp Sunullah in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Faruk Üçok prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Mehmet Bedri Konguralp came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Future FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Bedri Konguralp couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Eylül FK's Mustafa Necati Bozbora got a free kick in the 22nd minute. If Kılıçalp Sunullah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ali Faruk Üçok took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kılıçalp Sunullah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rüştü Tokcan kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Dursun Ali Demiroğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hasan Hüseyin Tunak in the 28th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Halil İbrahim Deryace ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dursun Ali Demiroğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kılıçalp Sunullah in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ali Faruk Üçok saved Eylül FK from getting behind. Yenal Tokdemir's late challenge caught a Future FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yenal Tokdemir helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Eylül FK's Yenal Tokdemir got a free kick in the 41st minute. Eylül FK's Hasan Hüseyin Tunak got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Eylül FK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Hasan Hüseyin Tunak made the kick off in the second half. Ali Faruk Üçok showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ufuk Özkutay, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The audience was convinced that Kılıçalp Sunullah's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ali Faruk Üçok was relentless in the 55th minute of the game.
