When Alişan Ortaç came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Eynesil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alişan Ortaç couldn't finish the play. Mümtaz Baydak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Tolunay Mukbil made a huge save. 23 minutes into the match, Kepez SK's goalkeeper Tolunay Mukbil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mümtaz Baydak. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eynesil's goalkeeper Ahmet Turan Turatekin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

Eynesil's Bahadırhan Tuğsavaş was substituted for Mümtaz Baydak. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half.
