The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Barış Yazgı helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Karapinar's Barış Yazgı got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Kozaklı SK's Melih Tun got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 13 minutes, Melih Tun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kozaklı SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melih Tun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 20 minutes, Zülfikar Akgün mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karapinar and the Kozaklı SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zülfikar Akgün hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Arda Ünsev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melih Tun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melih Tun in the 24th minute of play forced Karapinar's goalkeeper Arda Ünsev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Abayhan Nuh came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Karapinar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abayhan Nuh couldn't finish the play. Abayhan Nuh's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gökcan Işılay firmly grabbed it by the left post. Zülfikar Akgün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arda Ünsev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seyfi Yıldıray, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Kozaklı SK's Gökcan Işılay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Yahya Remiz in the 54th minute of play. After 57 minutes, Melih Tun made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Karapinar's Arda Ünsev tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Zülfikar Akgün recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abayhan Nuh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Gökcan Işılay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Abayhan Nuh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gökcan Işılay was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 91stth minute of the game Zülfikar Akgün who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kozaklı SK's Gökcan Işılay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Karapinar players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
