Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hamit Göçer started the match with the kick off. Acar İpekçi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Başar Özakıncı firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 6th match minute, Kursunlu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alpay Necmi to maneuver through the defense. Başar Özakıncı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nusret Nazmi, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. With a little luck, Kursunlu's Başar Özakıncı got control of the ball when Acar İpekçi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peker Ataoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ahmet Hafiz İstikbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th match minute, Kemeralti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nusret Nazmi to maneuver through the defense. Kursunlu's Hamit Göçer got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Kemeralti getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Bedir Tanay hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Veysel Yezid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the game, Kursunlu's Alpay Necmi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmet Hafiz İstikbal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ahmet Hafiz İstikbal came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kursunlu's Hamit Göçer. But to his dismay, Hamit Göçer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Kemeralti's Ahmet Hafiz İstikbal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamit Göçer in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Kursunlu's goal looked a bit too open when Şenel Orcun came free, but Başar Özakıncı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 played minutes Şenel Orcun rounded Kursunlu's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nusret Nazmi in the 43rd minute of play forced Kursunlu's goalkeeper Başar Özakıncı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamit Göçer struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Ahmet Hafiz İstikbal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kursunlu. Hamit Göçer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Kursunlu were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nusret Nazmi made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Kursunlu's Peker Ataoğlu got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 57 minutes into the match, Acar İpekçi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Başar Özakıncı. Kursunlu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Acar İpekçi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 62nd minute, Nusret Nazmi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hamit Göçer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute Alpay Necmi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Hafiz İstikbal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Acar İpekçi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Başar Özakıncı was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Hamit Göçer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hafiz İstikbal having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Nusret Nazmi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Başar Özakıncı was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 92 minutes into the match, Kursunlu's goal looked a bit too open when Nusret Nazmi came free, but Başar Özakıncı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kursunlu's Barbaros Omural got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, Kemeralti could leave the field as winners, despite Kursunlu having more of the ball for most of the match.
