Spectators: 7299 (Terracing: 5476, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) Kursunlu's Hamit Göçer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 minutes of play, Altered Carbon's Özgün Başbuğoğlu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Başar Özakıncı was left in no man's land by his defense there! Özkan Arslanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamit Göçer in the 11th minute of play. Özgün Başbuğoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Paulo Maldini fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altered Carbon's protests and gave Paulo Maldini a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Altered Carbon's Paulo Maldini got a free kick in the 16th minute. Paulo Maldini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Başar Özakıncı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kursunlu's Başar Özakıncı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özgün Başbuğoğlu in the 28th minute of play. Başar Özakıncı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özgün Başbuğoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Başar Özakıncı came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Altered Carbon's Paulo Maldini. But to his dismay, Paulo Maldini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgün Başbuğoğlu in the 36th minute of play forced Kursunlu's goalkeeper Başar Özakıncı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Başar Özakıncı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özgün Başbuğoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After some careless play in the Kursunlu defense, Özgün Başbuğoğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Başar Özakıncı. The Kursunlu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Başar Özakıncı should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgün Başbuğoğlu in the 45th minute of play forced Kursunlu's goalkeeper Başar Özakıncı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Nazım Kudret ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Başar Özakıncı was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After the first half Altered Carbon were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Özgün Başbuğoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Kursunlu booed when Altered Carbon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nazım Kudret didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Altered Carbon getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Paulo Maldini hit a great ball. Özgün Başbuğoğlu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 57th playminute. In the 62nd minute, Altered Carbon's Özgün Başbuğoğlu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Özgün Başbuğoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altered Carbon's supporters rose to their feet, but Özgün Başbuğoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Başar Özakıncı breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Özgün Başbuğoğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Başar Özakıncı read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. If Alpay Necmi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Özgün Başbuğoğlu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Başar Özakıncı when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hamit Göçer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özkan Arslanoğlu having to interfere. After 76th play minutes Özgün Başbuğoğlu shot 0-8, a short shot which went by Başar Özakıncı and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 79th match minute, Altered Carbon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ender Şahbender to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Altered Carbon's zone, Hamit Göçer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özkan Arslanoğlu came out of the goal and Hamit Göçer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute, Alpay Necmi made a precise shot to the right of Özkan Arslanoğlu. Altered Carbon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. Özkan Arslanoğlu came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Kursunlu's Hamit Göçer. But to his dismay, Hamit Göçer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-8. Kursunlu's Başar Özakıncı proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Kursunlu from getting a goal against them.
