The Kursunlu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Başar Özakıncı should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute, Veysel Tecmil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Göktürk Mensur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Başar Özakıncı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes of play, AMCIKSPOR's Ali Güralp Eskioğlu made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The Kursunlu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AMCIKSPOR were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hamit Göçer to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tahsin Dürüst during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. AMCIKSPOR walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
