Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ali Macit Uğuray started the match with the kick off. 16 minutes into the match, Şenol Yavuzhan notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ayvalıkgücü's Ömer Geylanlar. Ömer Geylanlar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Şenol Yavuzhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Şefik Yazgan came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ayvalıkgücü's Yılmaz Erbatur. But to his dismay, Yılmaz Erbatur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Suat Hadi charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Suat Hadi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Macit Uğuray in the 31st minute of play forced Ayvalıkgücü's goalkeeper Ömer Geylanlar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulubey's Asaf Turgay got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 33 in the game by Ali Macit Uğuray from a close distance when the talented Ömer Geylanlar managed to make a qualified save. Ayvalıkgücü's players were relieved. Ömer Geylanlar came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Ulubey's Ali Macit Uğuray. But to his dismay, Ali Macit Uğuray quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 42ndth minute of the game Ali Macit Uğuray who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ayvalıkgücü's Ömer Geylanlar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Şenol Yavuzhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ulubey's supporters rose to their feet, but Şenol Yavuzhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ömer Geylanlar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Ayvalıkgücü's Ömer Geylanlar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Macit Uğuray in the 52nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Ali Macit Uğuray sped through Ayvalıkgücü's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ömer Geylanlar. When Atakan Tokalp fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ayvalıkgücü's protests and gave Atakan Tokalp a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Ulubey a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Demirhan Vahat, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ayvalıkgücü's Ömer Geylanlar. 5-2. Asaf Turgay's late challenge caught a Ayvalıkgücü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Asaf Turgay helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Ulubey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asaf Turgay to maneuver through the defense. Ulubey's Mehmet Şefik Yazgan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Ulubey from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Ayvalıkgücü's Yılmaz Erbatur got a free kick in the 79th minute. Ayvalıkgücü's Mehmet Emin Ersevim suffered a sore thigh after 81 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 81 minutes of play Ulubey's Suat Hadi was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Suat Hadi hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the game, Berke Taş was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ayvalıkgücü's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ulubey the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Ayvalıkgücü's zone, Şenol Yavuzhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ömer Geylanlar came out of the goal and Şenol Yavuzhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ulubey's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
