Spectators: 6461 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1380, VIP seats: 81) When Batu Cem Şevket came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Scorpions fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Batu Cem Şevket couldn't finish the play. Batu Cem Şevket received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Birsel Tosun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erim Ortaçgil hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Birsel Tosun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batu Cem Şevket, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Baskale booed when Scorpions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Hakkı Bekir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Muhittin Eryilmaz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a little luck, Baskale's Birsel Tosun got control of the ball when Celal İzzettin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Baskale's zone, Celal İzzettin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birsel Tosun came out of the goal and Celal İzzettin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Celal İzzettin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Birsel Tosun when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Güneri Dilsafa charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Güneri Dilsafa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Baskale booed when Scorpions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güneri Dilsafa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 minutes Scorpions's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Muhittin Eryilmaz who took care of the corner kick. Baskale's Muhittin Eryilmaz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arif Ozan Akartürk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ertaç Zübeyir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Ozan Akartürk having to interfere. If Batu Cem Şevket had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ertaç Zübeyir made the kick off in the second half. Celal İzzettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birsel Tosun having to interfere. After some careless play in the Baskale defense, Batu Cem Şevket kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Birsel Tosun. The Baskale fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Birsel Tosun should have stopped the shot. Batu Cem Şevket recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Baskale's goal looked a bit too open when Batu Cem Şevket came free, but Birsel Tosun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birsel Tosun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celal İzzettin in the 70th minute of the match. Necaettin Erşahin kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Batu Cem Şevket had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celal İzzettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hüseyin Can Şenyurt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Arif Ozan Akartürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Ertaç Zübeyir fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Scorpions players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
