Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Çağan Tuner started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Korgun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erkin Yetkin to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Erkin Yetkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Özal Bozoğlu scored 2-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Birsel Tosun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the game, Kerim Kurban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baskale's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Korgun the free kick. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Baskale! The goalkeeper, Birsel Tosun, was totally fooled by Korgun's Mustafa Emrah Polat, who 19 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ertaç Zübeyir charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ertaç Zübeyir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Ertaç Zübeyir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Özal Bozoğlu put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Birsel Tosun. After 29 played minutes Korgun got a freekick which was hit by Tevfik Tecelli. The audience held their breath when Muhittin Eryilmaz in the 31st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Bilgehan Zeynur's left hand side. In the 33rd play minute Özal Bozoğlu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Birsel Tosun. 5-0. With a little luck, Baskale's Birsel Tosun got control of the ball when Özal Bozoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Özal Bozoğlu struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Birsel Tosun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Korgun. Özal Bozoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Çağan Tuner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Korgun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Çağan Tuner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Çağan Tuner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Birsel Tosun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Özal Bozoğlu in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ertaç Zübeyir made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Baskale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vatan Turabi to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Emrah Polat took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Birsel Tosun. Baskale's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Baskale's zone, Pars Burçhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birsel Tosun came out of the goal and Pars Burçhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Çağan Tuner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birsel Tosun having to interfere. After having played for 63 minutes, Özal Bozoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Korgun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özal Bozoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ertaç Zübeyir got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 67 played minutes Baskale got a freekick which was hit by Ertaç Zübeyir. During the 70th minute of the match Kerim Kurban completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Kerim Kurban a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Baskale's Kerim Kurban got a free kick in the 71st minute. Erkin Yetkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baskale's Birsel Tosun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özal Bozoğlu in the 86th minute of play. Özal Bozoğlu struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Birsel Tosun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Korgun. In the 94th minute, Mehmet Efe Başhekim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Özal Bozoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Korgun players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
