Spectators: 6660 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) Körfez JK's Azmi Öktuna started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Özgün Karasu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ömer Alatay in the 6th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Remzi Özakay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Özgün Karasu was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. 8 minutes into the match, Ömer Alatay notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Körfez JK's Özgün Karasu. Özgün Karasu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 12 minutes into the game, Ömer Alatay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Özgün Karasu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 18 minutes, Zülfikar Turhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kurtalan and the Körfez JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Kurtalan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zülfikar Turhan to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the game, Emirşah Unan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Körfez JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kurtalan the free kick. In the 25th minute, Emirşah Unan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Songurbey Talaz struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Özgün Karasu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kurtalan. Özgün Karasu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cemalettin Adahan, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Cemalettin Adahan scored 0-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Özgün Karasu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kurtalan's Zülfikar Turhan got his second yellow card of the match in the 31st minute. The referee ordered Zülfikar Turhan off the ground. Zülfikar Turhan hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Remzi Özakay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kurtalan's supporters rose to their feet, but Remzi Özakay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Özgün Karasu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40thth minute of the game Cemalettin Adahan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Körfez JK's Özgün Karasu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ömer Alatay took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Özgün Karasu. Özgün Karasu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ömer Alatay was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Körfez JK defense, Ömer Alatay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Özgün Karasu. The Körfez JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Özgün Karasu should have stopped the shot. When Ömer Alatay came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Kurtalan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ömer Alatay couldn't finish the play. Ömer Alatay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remzi Özakay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özgün Karasu having to interfere. Ahmet Boran Altınpınar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Azmi Öktuna in the 79th minute of play. After 83 played minutes Kurtalan got a freekick which was hit by Ömer Alatay. In the 85th minute Cemalettin Adahan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özgün Karasu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Özgün Karasu managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Kurtalan's Ömer Alatay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ömer Alatay got free with Özgün Karasu in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
