KARTAL JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cengiz Okbaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bora Ruzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cemal Köker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bora Ruzi ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Akif Uluğ in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cemal Köker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Olcay Orkun Ergün recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Mehmet Akif Uluğ dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cemal Köker, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Cengiz Okbaş made the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olcay Orkun Ergün couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute, Mehmet Akif Uluğ got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Mehmet Akif Uluğ notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of KARTAL JK's Cemal Köker. Cemal Köker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alaaddin Arkın during the 85th minute. The RosT F.C fans cheered their team off the field, for while KARTAL JK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
