After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Lütfü Gökalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diamondbacks's supporters rose to their feet, but Lütfü Gökalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sabri Özaltay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enver Ülker struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Boran Gemici didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manyas. 7 minutes into the match, Diamondbacks's goal looked a bit too open when Onur Ökkeş came free, but Boran Gemici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Onur Ökkeş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boran Gemici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, Manyas's Enver Ülker made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boran Gemici was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Çakır Serol fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Diamondbacks's protests and gave Çakır Serol a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Manyas booed when Diamondbacks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çakır Serol didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Enver Ülker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Onur Ökkeş in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boran Gemici saved Diamondbacks from getting behind. In the 30thth minute of the game Onur Ökkeş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diamondbacks's Boran Gemici was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sabri Özaltay was a little too slow when Ahmet Erdem Sayyad got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-1. Sabri Özaltay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Erdem Sayyad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Onur Ökkeş cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Boran Gemici was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Erdem Sayyad to make the kick off. Onur Ökkeş struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Lütfü Gökalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabri Özaltay having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Manyas's Onur Ökkeş sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boran Gemici narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Onur Ökkeş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Enver Ülker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diamondbacks's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Mehmet Hakkı Muhtar scored to the left of an out of position Boran Gemici, making the score, 1-3. Onur Ökkeş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Boran Gemici made a huge save. Onur Ökkeş's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Boran Gemici skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Boran Gemici made an important save on a dangerous shot by Onur Ökkeş in the 74th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Ferdi Soysaltürk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boran Gemici acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 93rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Arif Buğra Özsungur. Enver Ülker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th match minute, Diamondbacks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Çakır Serol to maneuver through the defense. Diamondbacks's Boran Gemici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enver Ülker in the 96th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Diamondbacks's Soner Rasim got a free kick in the 97th minute. Manyas's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
