Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Enver Ülker started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sabri Özaltay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abay Ünsever's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute Abay Ünsever shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabri Özaltay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arif Egemen Uzbay charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arif Egemen Uzbay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abay Ünsever received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Sabri Özaltay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Manyas got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Hakkı Muhtar. 17 minutes into the game, Ahmet İlhan Serter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manyas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aydin the free kick. A collision led to Manyas getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ahmet İlhan Serter hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Manyas's zone, Abay Ünsever stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabri Özaltay came out of the goal and Abay Ünsever tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aydin's Güven Onural proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Aydin from getting a goal against them. Güven Onural showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enver Ülker, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Aydin's Nedim Enginsoy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sabri Özaltay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 33rd minute of the match Besim Cangiray sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sabri Özaltay skillfully saved the ball. Sabri Özaltay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abay Ünsever went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Abay Ünsever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vehdi Şerafeddin kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Besim Cangiray's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabri Özaltay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Aydin's goalkeeper Güven Onural had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Onur Ökkeş. Güven Onural showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Hakkı Muhtar, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Güven Onural took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enver Ülker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Aydin were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The Manyas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Aydin's performance. The match ended with a win for Aydin.
