When Ahmet Erdem Sayyad fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Diamondbacks's protests and gave Ahmet Erdem Sayyad a yellow card for diving instead. Ahmet Erdem Sayyad hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. When Akpinar JK's Göksel Onuk in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Diamondbacks's goalie prevented a goal. Çakır Serol kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Ali Güralp Orak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Güralp Orak in the 13th minute of play forced Diamondbacks's goalkeeper Boran Gemici to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Soner Rasim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Göksel Onuk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Akpinar JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Latif İren lost his temper 25 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Akpinar JK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! Boran Gemici stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Güralp Orak's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Ali Güralp Orak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Çakır Serol kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Ali Güralp Orak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Boran Gemici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Ali Güralp Orak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Boran Gemici was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmet Erdem Sayyad to strike the kick off in the second half. Ali Güralp Orak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boran Gemici having to make a save. In the 56th minute, Tolga Çeliker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute, Çakır Serol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Necdet Aydıntan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 58th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Diamondbacks's goalkeeper Boran Gemici had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Güralp Orak. Balamir Orkan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Diamondbacks's zone, Ali Güralp Orak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boran Gemici came out of the goal and Ali Güralp Orak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 67 played minutes Diamondbacks got a freekick which was hit by Çakır Serol. Akpinar JK's Hıdır Zakir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lütfü Gökalp in the 75th minute of play. Boran Gemici made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Güralp Orak in the 76th minute. Ali Güralp Orak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boran Gemici having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Ali Güralp Orak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akpinar JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Güralp Orak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Diamondbacks's Boran Gemici got control of the ball when Ahmet Turan Demircioğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Diamondbacks's Soner Rasim got a free kick in the 87th minute. Ali Güralp Orak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Boran Gemici made a huge save. 89 minutes into the match, Balamir Orkan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Boran Gemici, 1-3. The supporters of Diamondbacks booed when Akpinar JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göksel Onuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Akpinar JK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Diamondbacks.
