Hüseyin Saygın charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hüseyin Saygın the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes Urla got a freekick which was hit by Hüseyin Saygın. Engin Ersever took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Vefik Baturalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gürkan Yenal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anıl Arda Kudret, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. When Abdülhak Tanuğur fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Urla's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Vefik Baturalp came free, but Engin Ersever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
