A collision led to Aslanlar getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Sungurhan Naim hit a great ball. Sarper Delfin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ilgaz Uraltay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Aslanlar's zone, Aytunç Renan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilgaz Uraltay came out of the goal and Aytunç Renan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute, Samrik F.C's Sarper Delfin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ilgaz Uraltay. Ilgaz Uraltay yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 21st minute, İslam Kuthan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute İstemihan Nesip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akil Urkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aytunç Renan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilgaz Uraltay having to interfere. Aslanlar's İstemihan Nesip got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If İslam Kuthan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İslam Kuthan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akil Urkan having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers İslam Kuthan in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Akil Urkan saved Samrik F.C from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Samrik F.C's Emirşah Omural got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Yusuf Bahadır Tanır sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Samrik F.C's Akil Urkan didn't even have to move. Ilgaz Uraltay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sarper Delfin in the 58th minute of the match. Yusuf Bahadır Tanır's late challenge caught a Samrik F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yusuf Bahadır Tanır helped the player get up and apologised. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Aslanlar! 65 minutes into the match, İstemihan Nesip had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Akil Urkan. Samrik F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İstemihan Nesip was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. İstemihan Nesip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Akil Urkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İstemihan Nesip struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Akil Urkan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aslanlar. After 82 played minutes, Aslanlar's Yusuf Bahadır Tanır shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Akil Urkan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aslanlar reached it. The audience was convinced that İslam Kuthan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Akil Urkan was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Ilgaz Uraltay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aytunç Renan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Akil Urkan made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when İstemihan Nesip sent off a good shot on target. İslam Kuthan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Akil Urkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İslam Kuthan in the 93rd minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
