Spectators: 7358 (Terracing: 5519, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 147) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alemdar Özender took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barbaros Terzioğlu during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Vatan Yorangil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Alemdar Özender left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nevsehir fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Alemdar Özender's late challenge caught a Dörtdivan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alemdar Özender helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Dörtdivan booed when Nevsehir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alemdar Özender didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vatan Yorangil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 22 played minutes Alemdar Özender rounded Dörtdivan's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Yusuf Ziya Başkaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vatan Yorangil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Dörtdivan's zone, Vatan Yorangil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yusuf Ziya Başkaya came out of the goal and Vatan Yorangil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yusuf Ziya Başkaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alemdar Özender in the 31st minute of play. In the 38th minute, Gani Tekindağ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alemdar Özender who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Yusuf Ziya Başkaya when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 43 minutes into the match, Nevsehir's goal looked a bit too open when Gani Tekindağ came free, but Yavuz Selim Ekemen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alemdar Özenders short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Yusuf Ziya Başkaya to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vatan Yorangil struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Yusuf Ziya Başkaya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nevsehir. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Afşar Safvet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Dörtdivan's Doğuş Keskin got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Vatan Yorangil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yusuf Ziya Başkaya having to interfere. Nevsehir's Alemdar Özender got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Alemdar Özender got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 minutes of play, Nevsehir's Vatan Yorangil made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yusuf Ziya Başkaya was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Nevsehir's Alemdar Özender in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dörtdivan's goalie prevented a goal. Gani Tekindağ made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 78thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Yavuz Selim Ekemen would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. 80 minutes into the match, Dörtdivan's goal looked a bit too open when Vatan Yorangil came free, but Yusuf Ziya Başkaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dörtdivan's Yusuf Ziya Başkaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vatan Yorangil in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Dörtdivan's Aytaç Adıyaman got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 88th minute of the match Arif Bilge Kurhan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yusuf Ziya Başkaya showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 89 minutes, Seyhan Kartal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dörtdivan and the Nevsehir players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Seyhan Kartal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gani Tekindağ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yavuz Selim Ekemen having to interfere. Nevsehir's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
