Anıl Ege Üster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Affan Bayır, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bora Perkel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, OrhanGazi SK's Gökay Türkeş broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 13th minute of the match, Köksal Kutlan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Güntekin Cespan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Saints getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Selman Ataergin hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Affan Bayır was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saints's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OrhanGazi SK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Saints's Affan Bayır got a free kick in the 16th minute. Köksal Kutlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güntekin Cespan having to interfere. Köksal Kutlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Saints's Güntekin Cespan got control of the ball when Köksal Kutlan tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to OrhanGazi SK getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Aral Boztepe hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Güneri Konuralp sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anıl Ege Üster skillfully saved the ball. Adil Aymaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Ege Üster having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Köksal Kutlan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The OrhanGazi SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 48th play minute Köksal Kutlan came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Güntekin Cespan. 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Köksal Kutlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güntekin Cespan having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Saints's goal looked a bit too open when Köksal Kutlan came free, but Güntekin Cespan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Arif Ozan Baykut managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saints's supporters rose to their feet, but Arif Ozan Baykut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anıl Ege Üster breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bora Perkel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Güntekin Cespan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bora Perkel in the 74th minute of play forced Saints's goalkeeper Güntekin Cespan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adil Aymaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anıl Ege Üster. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adil Aymaz ran back to his position shaking his head. If Arif Ozan Baykut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. OrhanGazi SK's Anıl Ege Üster proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save OrhanGazi SK from getting a goal against them. Adil Aymaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anıl Ege Üster read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Selman Ataergin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Köksal Kutlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bora Perkel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Güntekin Cespan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Köksal Kutlan in the 88th minute of the match. Saints's Güntekin Cespan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Köksal Kutlan in the 89th minute of play. Güntekin Cespan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Köksal Kutlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saints's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
