An unexpectedly hard shot by Alim Tanın in the 5th minute of play forced AMG ULTRAARSLAN's goalkeeper Atak Oğuzkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AMG ULTRAARSLAN's Atak Oğuzkan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save AMG ULTRAARSLAN from getting a goal against them. When Faruk Akabe fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AMG ULTRAARSLAN's protests and gave Faruk Akabe a yellow card for diving instead. Faruk Akabe hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Kandemir Çınar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atak Oğuzkan having to interfere. Alim Tanıns short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Atak Oğuzkan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alim Tanın could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Atak Oğuzkan made a huge save. 32 minutes into the game, Şemsettin Arkan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Atak Oğuzkan. Şemsettin Arkan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Atak Oğuzkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kandemir Çınar in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Şemsettin Arkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Alim Tanın took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Atak Oğuzkan to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 44 minutes, Alim Tanın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alim Tanın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. AMG ULTRAARSLAN's Atak Oğuzkan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save AMG ULTRAARSLAN from getting a goal against them. Kandemir Çınar struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Atak Oğuzkan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galatasaray. The crowd rose to their feet as Alim Tanın kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Atak Oğuzkan. That made the score 3-0 in the 48 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Genco Pekol hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Atak Oğuzkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kandemir Çınar, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Galatasaray's Alim Tanın got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Şemsettin Arkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the game, Galatasaray's Alim Tanın nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atak Oğuzkan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Alim Tanın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Atak Oğuzkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Temel Murat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atak Oğuzkan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. If Alim Tanın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Temel Murat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alim Tanın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alim Tanın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Atak Oğuzkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in AMG ULTRAARSLAN's zone, Ahmet Ozan Patlar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atak Oğuzkan came out of the goal and Ahmet Ozan Patlar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, Alim Tanın ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atak Oğuzkan was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Galatasaray's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
