Samir Dizdar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Besim Uran made a huge save. F.B URGANLISPOR's Besim Uran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save F.B URGANLISPOR from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute, Zühtü Toktimur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emrullah Songün received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Besim Uran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Yaşar Turkay had to leave the field with a concussion. Cabbar Sidam's late challenge caught a LOS GALACTİCOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cabbar Sidam helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, F.B URGANLISPOR's Cabbar Sidam got a free kick in the 19th minute. Serkan Mümtaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Bülent Adıyaman managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOS GALACTİCOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Bülent Adıyaman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Besim Uran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 30th minute, Ali Haydar Mansur fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Besim Uran, passed just outside the right post. Cabbar Sidam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nejat Alp Urgun having to interfere. Besim Uran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serkan Mümtaz in the 38th minute. Serkan Mümtaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Besim Uran having to make a save. After having played for 42 minutes, Ali Haydar Mansur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS GALACTİCOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Haydar Mansur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samir Dizdar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cabbar Sidam to make the kick off. The throw-in from Ruhi İncirli in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by LOS GALACTİCOS's Samir Dizdar. Cesur Savni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the LOS GALACTİCOS players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
