Mehmet Hakkı Akçan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ali Erdem Vehbi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aytunç Tuncel in the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, ZeynmuS F.C's goalkeeper Mustafa Hakan Bakkalbaşı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Okanay Pekant. Cenap Saraç lost his temper 34 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Okanay Pekant in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Hakan Bakkalbaşı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Okanay Pekant who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Mustafa Hakan Bakkalbaşı when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 45th minute, Ahmet Asım Seyhun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ali Erdem Vehbi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Alkın Sıratullah kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
