Arda Baybars Kiray could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Şemsettin Hacıfettahoğlu made a huge save. 88 minutes into the game, Ahmet Bedri Gültekin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Şemsettin Hacıfettahoğlu. Ahmet Bedri Gültekin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. Akın Kalender made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umur Üner in the 99th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Batumi FC had won after a very even match.
