Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Vedat Ülkümen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Vedat Ülkümen came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the FENERBAHÇE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vedat Ülkümen couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute Ercan Ruşeni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Namık Tevfik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berkan Tanbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Çağrı Yener, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Ercan Ruşeni struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Namık Tevfik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FENERBAHÇE. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mehmet Çağrı Yener in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Berkan Tanbey saved FENERBAHÇE from getting behind. After 23 minutes, Ersin Öztuna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FENERBAHÇE and the Besiktas USA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Besiktas USA defense, Vedat Ülkümen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Namık Tevfik. The Besiktas USA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Namık Tevfik should have stopped the shot. If Vedat Ülkümen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 35 minutes into the match, Besiktas USA's goal looked a bit too open when Ercan Ruşeni came free, but Namık Tevfik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Besiktas USA's Şensoy Kayı got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the last second Berkan Tanbey throw himself and got hold of the ball when Mehmet Çağrı Yener in the 39thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post.

The wind increased when Mehmet Çağrı Yener made the kick off in the second half. Turgut Tanbay hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Vedat Ülkümen managed to get in a good position for a shot. FENERBAHÇE's supporters rose to their feet, but Vedat Ülkümen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Namık Tevfik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 54 minutes of play FENERBAHÇE's Ersin Öztuna was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Besiktas USA booed when FENERBAHÇE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ersin Öztuna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şensoy Kayı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, one of FENERBAHÇE:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FENERBAHÇE. For all the effort they put into the match, the FENERBAHÇE players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Besiktas USA.
