When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Talip Eğilmez made a kick off. The supporters of Göztepe booed when Adatepe SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Göztepe fully deserved thier win.
