Sertaç Garipbaş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Thedas Archdemons's Boran Taçyıldız sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osman Kutay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Feyyaz Altuncuoğlu during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 16 played minutes Thedas Archdemons got a freekick which was hit by Feyyaz Altuncuoğlu. If Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sertaç Garipbaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 played minutes Doganyurt got a freekick which was hit by Mehdi Tolay. Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Sertaç Garipbaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay in the 37th minute of play forced Thedas Archdemons's goalkeeper Sertaç Garipbaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes of play, Doganyurt's Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sertaç Garipbaş was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Thedas Archdemons players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Doganyurt were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Levent Tümer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Sertaç Garipbaş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Doganyurt. 56 minutes into the game, Dilaver Türkcan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Doganyurt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Thedas Archdemons the free kick. After 56 played minutes Doganyurt got a freekick which was hit by Dilaver Türkcan. In the 60th match minute, Doganyurt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dilaver Türkcan to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 62 minutes, İsrafil Satı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thedas Archdemons's supporters crossed their fingers, but İsrafil Satı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Zikri Ufki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sertaç Garipbaş having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Levent Tümer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Doganyurt's supporters rose to their feet, but Levent Tümer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sertaç Garipbaş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thedas Archdemons's Sertaç Garipbaş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Thedas Archdemons from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Thedas Archdemons's Yetkiner Sebati got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 78th play minute Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sertaç Garipbaş. 0-3. When Zikri Ufki fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Doganyurt's protests and gave Zikri Ufki a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Doganyurt's Zikri Ufki got a free kick in the 81st minute. Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Sertaç Garipbaş made a huge save. Boran Taçyıldız fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osman Kutay having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by İsrafil Satı in the 89th minute of play forced Doganyurt's goalkeeper Osman Kutay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doganyurt's Levent Tümer got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thedas Archdemons's Sertaç Garipbaş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Thedas Archdemons from getting a goal against them. Sertaç Garipbaş stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zikri Ufki's shot from short distance in the 96th minute.
