Hafız İlighan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İsrafil Satı in the 25th minute of the match. Sertaç Garipbaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Piszczor in the 68th minute of play. Ailar Nurmeots fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sertaç Garipbaş having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Abdulmelik Torhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Aureliusz Piszczor came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Esenler fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aureliusz Piszczor couldn't finish the play. Hafız İlighan made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Boran Taçyıldız sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Esenler's Hafız İlighan got control of the ball when Boran Taçyıldız tried to sneak it across the goal line. İsrafil Satı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Hafız İlighan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boran Taçyıldız's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hafız İlighan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Ailar Nurmeots received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Sertaç Garipbaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute Ailar Nurmeots shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sertaç Garipbaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yunus Özgen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aureliusz Piszczor struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Sertaç Garipbaş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esenler. Hafız İlighan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İsrafil Satı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hafız İlighan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsrafil Satı in the 97th minute of play. The Esenler manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Thedas Archdemons to win.
