The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dinç Aktürk helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Anamur booed when Yesilköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinç Aktürk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tayyar Ruşen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ejder Kaçkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İrfan Aydın in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ejder Kaçkar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 13th minute, Esen Bilgen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Boran Kayaalp came out and tried to block the shot, but Ateş Sırat slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 32nd minute. Tayyar Ruşen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. İrfan Aydın struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Ejder Kaçkar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anamur. After a defensive mix-up in Yesilköy's zone, İrfan Aydın stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ejder Kaçkar came out of the goal and İrfan Aydın tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

After having played for 52 minutes, Tayyar Ruşen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anamur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tayyar Ruşen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ejder Kaçkar.
