When Cafer Yavuzhan fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baltalimani's protests and gave Cafer Yavuzhan a yellow card for diving instead. After some careless play in the Düzköy SK defense, Ali Kağan Sargın kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kuzey Ucatekin. The Düzköy SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kuzey Ucatekin should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute, Ali Kağan Sargın ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kuzey Ucatekin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 48 minutes into the match, Düzköy SK's goal looked a bit too open when Yavuz Bülent İlighan came free, but Kuzey Ucatekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltalimani's Sercan Teber was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kuzey Ucatekin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Yavuz Bülent İlighan came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Baltalimani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yavuz Bülent İlighan couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute, Ali Kağan Sargın fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kuzey Ucatekin, passed just outside the right post. If Ali Kağan Sargın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Kağan Sargın in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kuzey Ucatekin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kuzey Ucatekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yavuz Bülent İlighan in the 71st minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Yavuzalp Kılıçaslan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute Baltalimani were awarded a corner. Uğurcan Acun went to the cornerflag to take it. Çelikan Zeren tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Kuzey Ucatekin. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-3 in the 78th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rahman Birhan in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Seyfettin Gürtuna saved Baltalimani from getting behind. In the 88th minute Yavuz Bülent İlighan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuzey Ucatekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
