Spectators: 5100 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ahmet Ege Nasuh got the match started through his kick off. Karahan Taşkesen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th minute Ahmet Ege Nasuh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuzey Ucatekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 minutes, Yavuzalp Kılıçaslan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Düzköy SK and the Denizlispor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yavuzalp Kılıçaslan kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Ömer Rıza Ufki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kuzey Ucatekin having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Yavuzalp Kılıçaslan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ege Nasuh in the 31st minute of play forced Düzköy SK's goalkeeper Kuzey Ucatekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kuzey Ucatekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Ege Nasuh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Denizlispor's Ahmet Ege Nasuh in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Denizlispor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rahman Birhan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nurtekin Osmanoğulları to make the kick off. Kuzey Ucatekin came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Denizlispor's Ahmet Ege Nasuh. But to his dismay, Ahmet Ege Nasuh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 56 minutes into the match, Denizlispor's goal looked a bit too open when Rahman Birhan came free, but Rafettin İğdemir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Koray Yuvakuran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 played minutes, Düzköy SK's Serbülent Rami shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rafettin İğdemir came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Düzköy SK reached it. Rafettin İğdemir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nurtekin Osmanoğulları, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Denizlispor's Ömer Rıza Ufki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kuzey Ucatekin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Denizlispor's Ahmet Ege Nasuh got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Koray Yuvakuran might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kuzey Ucatekin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Düzköy SK's goalkeeper Kuzey Ucatekin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kuzey Ucatekin made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Ahmet Ege Nasuh sent off a good shot on target. After 96 played minutes Düzköy SK got a freekick which was hit by Çelikan Zeren. Denizlispor were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
