To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Gündüz Hunalp came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Osmangazi JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gündüz Hunalp couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, Alkan Bektaş made a precise shot to the right of Kuzey Ucatekin. Düzköy SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Serbülent Rami kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Ege Dersu kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Alkan Bektaş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Kuzey Ucatekin made a huge save. Kuzey Ucatekin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alkan Bektaş in the 72nd minute. If Alkan Bektaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osmangazi JK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
