Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aygün Ayvaz made the kick off which started today's match. Aygün Ayvaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Beşir Ayyıldız tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cenk Baykır made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Polat Timurhan in the 5th minute of play. Beşir Ayyıldız didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aygün Ayvaz went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Gaziantep Fk's Cenk Baykır played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Polat Timurhan in the 11th minute of play. After 11 minutes, Uygur Kınıkaslan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gaziantep Fk and the Karpuz Spor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Uygur Kınıkaslan hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Ahmet Hakan Ortaç made a precise shot to the right of Cenk Baykır. Gaziantep Fk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 18 minutes into the game, Saltuk Özkan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Beşir Ayyıldız was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 22nd match minute, Karpuz Spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lütfi Yavuzalp to maneuver through the defense. Cenk Baykır took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Polat Timurhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 26 played minutes Karpuz Spor got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Hakan Ortaç. In the 34th minute of the match, Saltuk Özkan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Beşir Ayyıldız was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Beşir Ayyıldız came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Gaziantep Fk's Aygün Ayvaz. But to his dismay, Aygün Ayvaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Uygur Kınıkaslan hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Aygün Ayvaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gaziantep Fk's supporters rose to their feet, but Aygün Ayvaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beşir Ayyıldız breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mustafa Emrah Hacıbeyoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Hakan Ortaç made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Aygün Ayvaz notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Karpuz Spor's Beşir Ayyıldız. Beşir Ayyıldız was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Saltuk Özkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Beşir Ayyıldız tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Emrah Hacıbeyoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mustafa Emrah Hacıbeyoğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beşir Ayyıldız. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Emrah Hacıbeyoğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. 60 minutes into the match, Mustafa Emrah Hacıbeyoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Beşir Ayyıldız. Karpuz Spor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mustafa Emrah Hacıbeyoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Beşir Ayyıldız showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Emrah Hacıbeyoğlu in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Göktürk Berksan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Aygün Ayvaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gaziantep Fk's supporters rose to their feet, but Aygün Ayvaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beşir Ayyıldız breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 69 minutes, Lütfi Yavuzalp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The supporters of Gaziantep Fk booed when Karpuz Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lütfi Yavuzalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdulmelik Alatay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Gaziantep Fk's Aygün Ayvaz got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Karpuz Spor booed when Gaziantep Fk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aygün Ayvaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karpuz Spor's Tayyip Gülen shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 89th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cenk Baykır but with some difficulty. When the referee ended the match the Gaziantep Fk players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
