Thought Rules's supporters rose to their feet, but Arif Egemen Memduh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ateş Gazzali breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Necmettin Korucu kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Torunoglu Aş's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arif Egemen Memduh was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
