The audience thought a goal was coming when Levent Kutan got free with Selmi Sehriyar in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Selmi Sehriyar was a little too slow when Fahrettin Dilsafa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. Igdir JK's Ahmet İlke Veli was substituted for Doğuş Kırdar. Fahrettin Dilsafa struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Selmi Sehriyar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laleli. In the 71st minute, Şükrü Özluer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Selmi Sehriyar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Ahmet Erdem İnanöz kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Igdir JK's Battal Seyyit Reşit in action when he in the 79th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Selmi Sehriyar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fahrettin Dilsafa in the 82nd minute of play. Selmi Sehriyar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şükrü Özluer, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Laleli's zone, Hakkı Devrim Ergünay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baransel Perker came out of the goal and Hakkı Devrim Ergünay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute Fahrettin Dilsafa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Selmi Sehriyar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Levent Kutan made a precise shot to the right of Selmi Sehriyar. Igdir JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Onurhan Temizöz during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Igdir JK getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Onurhan Temizöz hit a great ball.
